What's new in ChatKomodo

New features and improvements in ChatKomodo: WhatsApp API, team inbox, chat links, leads and integrations, newest first.

  1. Your data, safer sign-in and a faster app

    • Download all your business data from Settings, or delete your account yourself, with 7 days to change your mind.
    • Sign-in codes are limited per number and per day, and a stolen login token signs the session out.
    • The app in Indonesian loads up to 90 KB less on each first visit.
    • Help links to guides and articles on the busiest screens.
  2. Insight, pricing page and Go samples

    • Insight: practical guides on selling and serving customers on WhatsApp, with related articles and an RSS feed.
    • A pricing page that compares the plans side by side.
    • Go examples next to cURL, Node.js, Python and PHP on every page of the API reference.
    • New accounts get short getting-started tips in their first week.
  3. Shared chat links, QRIS reminders and a weekly summary

    • One chat link can share new visitors between several numbers in turn, with statistics per number.
    • QRIS invoices: an optional reminder for unpaid invoices, resending expired ones, and CSV export.
    • An optional weekly summary for the owner on Monday morning, by WhatsApp or email.
    • Lead reports show chats from your chat links and paid QRIS invoices.
  4. Chat links, QRIS invoices and no-code integrations

    • Chat links with tracking (chatkomodo.com/go/…), QR codes and a chat button for your website; chats from a link become leads with their source.
    • Send a QRIS invoice from a chat, paid through your own Pakasir account; paid invoices mark the lead as won.
    • Integrations without code: Google Sheets, n8n, Zapier, Make, Shopify and WooCommerce.
    • Agencies can resell under their own brand and domain.
    • Passkeys, authenticator codes, a list of signed-in devices and alerts on a new device.
    • Number protection: gradual warm-up for new contacts, a risk score before a broadcast and a number health card.
  5. Leads, labels and team reports

    • Labels on chats, automatic labels by keyword, new chat, store order or AI.
    • A leads board with stages, deal value, owner, follow-up reminders and notes.
    • Lead and team reports: new leads, won deals, response times and customer ratings per agent.
    • Alerts when a customer waits too long for a reply, with optional hand-over to the next agent.
    • Broadcast to a lead stage, and import or export leads as CSV.
    • Post WhatsApp Status updates and Channel posts, now or scheduled.
  6. Free plan, test device and SDKs

    • A Free plan with 1 number and 1,000 messages a month; paid plans start at $9 a month.
    • A test device to try the API without a real number: nothing is sent over WhatsApp.
    • SDKs for Node.js, PHP and Laravel, and a Postman collection.
