Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 WhatsApp number and 1,000 messages a month with text and images. Messages carry a short ChatKomodo credit. No credit card is required.
What happens when I send more messages than my plan includes?
On the Free plan, sending pauses at the monthly limit until the next month. On Basic and Pro, extra messages are counted at the rate shown on the plan.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from the Billing page at any time. The unused part of your current plan is credited.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Choose yearly billing on the Billing page; the discount is shown before you pay.
Which currency am I billed in?
Rupiah or US dollars, depending on your business profile and the payment option you choose.
Does WhatsApp or Meta charge per message on top?
No. ChatKomodo links your number like WhatsApp Web does, so there are no per-message fees from Meta. ChatKomodo is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
